| Although both (A and B side) labels
are credited as (From
the Polydor LP "THE INNES BOOK OF RECORDS" -2383 556), "Kenny
and Liza" on A side is Obviously different take from album. Probably
basic track is same for each versions. 7" version has single vocal
and can be heard piano well. while album version is sung double voice on
refrain by different melody and bright chorus guitar is striking, also
changed mix balance piano and acoustic guitar. It may be inferred
from this matter that album version is remake take from 7"
version. 7" version is included on "Recollections 1". RUTLES producer Steve James participated too this product. |

the Polydor LP "THE INNES BOOK OF RECORDS" -2383 556)とクレジットされているが実のところA面の"Kenny
and Liza"はアルバムに収められたものとはテイク違いである。ベーシック･トラックは同じ物であるようだがヴォーカルは全く違う上、楽器のバランスもかなり異なる。７"ではヴォーカルはシングル･ラインで演奏もピアノが良く聞こえる。アルバムではリフレインのヴォーカルがダブルの上メロディも違うし、演奏もコーラスの効いたギターが目立っている。多分７"のトラックをベースにしてリメイクしたものがアルバム･ヴァージョンであろう。尚７"ヴァージョンは"Recollection
1"に収められた。 RUTLESのプロデューサーであるSteve Jamesも関与している。 |
